Dear Colleagues,
I would like to inform you that the GNV board called the Annual Assembly in Rome (University of Rome 3), June 9-11 2003 and appointed an organizing committee:
Salvatore Inguaggiato (Coordinator), Paolo Gasparini e Renato Funicello
a) Those who wish to submit a scientific contribution ought to send an Italian abstract (electronic format) to the coordinator of the Assembly (Salvo Inguaggiato) and to the chairman of the session which you are interested in; the deadline being May 19 (the form will be comunicated as soon as possible)
b) By May 26 the participants will be informed of the schedule of posters and oral presentations;
Those who are going to submit an oral presentation are kindly requested to send, by June 3, a power-point file (ppt) with the slides for the oral presentation. Those who are going to submit a poster are kindly requested to send, by the same date, the poster on electronic format (ppt). This material will be utilized to prepare the proceedings on an electronic copy.

The Chairmen of each session, by mutual consent with the organizing committee, are able to invite one or two specialized persons in the field.
